Rank One Sport Information

No matter what sport you plan to play, you MUST have a physical and Rank One completed EVERY year. Please see the links below to get started.

REQUIRED ONLINE ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FORMS

Rank One is now live for the 2023-2024 school year for student-athletes to complete their VVISD/UIL forms.

All students 7-12 that are planning on being in athletics and playing in sports must complete their forms through Rank One before they are allowed to participate in the 2023-2024 school year.  

Paper copies will not be accepted. The Physical Evaluation form is the one exception.

STUDENTS NEW TO Valley View ISD
Students that are new to Valley View ISD will not be able to submit electronic forms until they have been issued a Valley View ISD Student ID number.
